A foundation built from equity and leadership for a stronger future.

Women s WORK is working to eliminate racial and gender barriers. These barriers impede the economic empowerment and overall health of BIPOC women+ and their families. Supporting women+ so that they may show their strength and embrace their potential builds stronger communities. We envision a world where BIPOC women thrive beyond socio-political constructs that have both historically and currently hinder their progress. To this end, we work to create education, career, and wellness programs that allow women+ to forge pathways to success.

We use the definition “women+” to include all trans women and gender non-conforming people in our work.
